What a great experience visiting this office. The wait was short. The staff was very helpful. Everything was handled in a modest way. Dr. Merchant-McCambry took her time to listen and took extensive notes. She gave a very thorough examination and did not rush. She took time to answer all of my questions and I never felt rushed. She had me feeling better before I walked out the door. My prescriptions were filled promptly without issue. I would give this experience 10 stars if I could!! This is one of the kindest doctors I have ever met. She made me feel safe and valued. I highly recommend her!

Today was a follow up. Dr. McCambry explains everything she is doing and takes the time to answer my questions. I always feel at ease with Dr. McCambry. Her front staff is also very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Dr. Merchant-McCambry is amazing! I went in for what I had been told was hemorrhoids and she immediately told me that was a wrong diagnosis and I needed to get to the hospital right away due to an infection. She came to the hospital and took care of my surgery herself, but I had to spend five days there due to how bad my infection was. I am so glad I got lucky she was there that day, I don't know what would have happened if she hadn't been.

I was without a doubt worried about how the procedure would go. I had no idea how she would exam my rectal area. But before, she was calming and spent so much time talking to me that I didn’t even care how it would happen. I never once felt embarrassed. The exam itself was not at all uncomfortable or painful. I love Dr. Merchant, I’ve already recommended her to other people in person. I had been in extreme daily pain for about three months, she’s the only doctor out of the few that was able to correctly diagnose and treat my issues.
